RETURN & EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS

We understand that sometimes our products may not meet your expectations, which is why we have created an exchange procedure to help you receive a product that satisfies your needs.

Products can be returned within 14 days, provided that they are accompanied by the attached tags and are in their original packaging. The products must not show signs of wear, perfume, washing, or cleaning.

Please include a paper in the package with your IBAN code and the associated name so that we can refund your money. The organization of the return shipment is your responsibility. You can choose any courier service of your choice to arrange the date and time of delivery.

Refunds to your card will be processed within a maximum of 14 working days from the moment the package reaches our headquarters. It is not necessary to contact us to confirm the shipment of the package. You can always check the status of your shipment using the tracking number (AWB) received from the courier on their website, in the package tracking section.

If you have chosen a size that does not fit, follow the steps above to return the product and receive a refund to your account. To receive a different size, place a new order with the desired size.

ℹ️ Please note that the product you are returning must be in good condition and meet the return conditions specified below. Otherwise, we reserve the right to refuse the return/exchange request or charge a fee for reconditioning the product.

ℹ️ In order to return the products, please adhere to the following conditions:
- The products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent;
- They must not show signs of wear, perfume, deodorant, or other damages (such as hanging, etc.);
- They must contain the tags and documents with which they were sent;
- Return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, even if something else is desired in exchange (except in cases where factory defects are identified or you received the wrong product).
