The website www.LocaPica.com is the exclusive property of NOI INCEPUTURI 2022 PROFESSIONAL SRL, hereinafter referred to as LocaPica. Access, use, orders and purchases from the www.LocaPica.com website imply your tacit agreement with the terms and conditions presented below.
LocaPica.com reserves the right to update site content, form, layout, prices and products without prior notice to customers/visitors. These terms and conditions may also be modified without prior notice, effective from the time of publication on the site. Customers and visitors are obliged to periodically check the information presented in these terms and conditions.

The entire content of the www.LocaPica.com website, including text, images, graphics, buttons, web graphics, scripts and any other data, is the property of LocaPica.com or its suppliers and is protected under copyright law and laws on intellectual and industrial property rights. The use without written consent of any elements of the LocaPica.com website, or of any of the elements listed above, is punishable by law. Use of the website www.LocaPica.com
1) Placing an order
Orders can be placed by phone, by email or by using the virtual shopping cart present on the LocaPica.com website.
For telephone orders, call 0767 866 566 and a LocaPica consultant will take your order. Telephone orders can be placed from Monday to Friday between 09:00-17:00.
For orders sent by email, please use contact@LocaPica.com. Email orders will contain exact product specifications (product name or code, quantity, sizes) and delivery details (name, delivery address, phone number).
Orders can also be placed via the shopping cart. After choosing the product and the appropriate size, the order is added to the shopping cart and the order form fields must be filled in completely with accurate and correct data.
2) Payment methods
Payment can be made by cash on delivery, at the moment of delivery of the parcel with the product(s) ordered, if the delivery address is in Romania or electronically, by credit card, by bank transfer.
3) Transport and delivery
The delivery of the products on the Romanian territory is made through the courier company Fan Curier. The estimated delivery time is 24-48 hours, calculated from the moment of order confirmation.

4) Return and exchange of products
The maximum period in which products ordered from the site can be returned is 14 calendar days from the moment of receipt of the parcel.
Conditions for returning products:
- Products must be returned in the same condition as they were sent;
- The products must not show signs of wear;
- Returned products must contain the labels and documents with which they were sent.
- When returning a product, you can choose to replace it or return the money.
- The value of the returned products will be transferred to the bank account specified by the user within 7 working days.
- The exchange of products can be made within 20 calendar days after receipt of the parcel.
Guarantee of items
The LocaPica.com shop offers a 14 calendar days guarantee, according to the legislation in force. The term starts from the moment the order reaches the customer. The guarantee conditions are in accordance with the legislation in force. The guarantee granted does not affect the rights conferred by consumer law and is in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Protection Act No 21/1992, as amended, and Law No 449/2003.
LocaPica.com guarantees compliance with the rights conferred by Law no. 677/2001. These rights can be exercised by means of a simple written and signed request to be sent by post to contact@LocaPica.com.
In case prices or other details of products/promotions have been wrongly displayed, including because they have been wrongly entered into the database, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery of the respective product and to notify the customer by telephone/e-mail as soon as possible about the error, if the product has not yet been delivered.
Protection of personal data
In accordance with the requirements of Law no. 677/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, as amended and supplemented, and Law no. 506/2004 on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector, our website is obliged to manage in secure conditions and only for the specified purposes, the personal data that you provide us about yourself, a member of your family or another person.
The purpose of collecting the data is to use it for the purpose of invoicing the products ordered and delivering them to you. You are obliged to provide the data, which is necessary for the creation of the invoice for the ordered products. Your refusal will result in the order being cancelled. The information recorded is intended for use by the operator for the purpose of delivering the products and is communicated only by you.
Your access/visitation of this website is subject to the terms and conditions of use and privacy policy, implies your explicit acceptance thereof and represents the entire agreement (contract) between the parties.
LocaPica.com may collect personal data from you, but only with your consent and if you provide it to us voluntarily.
We use the personal data collected for the following purposes:
- Invoicing of products ordered by you;
- delivery of the products ordered by you.
According to the law, but also out of respect for our customers, we certify that we will not transmit your personal data to any other institution or person. The only exception to this rule is the competent authorities, which have the role of legally verifying any commercial transaction made online.
By reading these Terms and Conditions, you are aware that you are guaranteed the rights provided by law, namely the right to information, the right of access to data, the right to intervene, the right of opposition, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, the right to apply to the courts in case of violation of their rights guaranteed by Law 677/2001 for the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data. You also have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and to request their total or partial deletion.
The privacy policy is subject to Romanian legislation. In the event of a dispute, an amicable settlement will first be attempted within 30 working days of the complaint being registered at the LocaPica office. If an amicable settlement cannot be reached within the aforementioned time limit, the court of the territorial-administrative district where LocaPica is based shall be deemed to have jurisdiction.
LocaPica.com does not encourage SPAM, does not sell, does not offer or exchange e-mail addresses obtained through this site. For comments, questions or complaints regarding the privacy policy, please contact us at contact@LocaPica.com. You should also know that it is your right to modify or delete any information in our database by simply sending an e-mail to the same address contact@LocaPica.com.
